These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site and any other site owned by Geocache Land Ltd (e.g. craftgenix.uk). Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Geocache Land. Geocache Land must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received Geocache Land will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide via your chosen payment method. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. Geocache Land’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
Geocache Land is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by Scottish law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. The Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site. These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them will be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre-release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover the Geocache Land website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
All communications between You and Geocache Land should be made in English. Although Geocache Land will endeavour to communicate in languages other than English no responsibility will be placed on Geocache Land or by Geocache Land for errors, delays or additional costs incurred by communications made in any other language.
Translation services offered on this website are completed by a third party, Google. Geocache Land accept no responsibility for any errors made by this service.

We reserve all rights in Our IPRs. Except as set out in these terms, nothing in these terms grants you a right or license to use any of Our IPRs.
Availability of Goods You Order
If Geocache Land has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and any sum debited by Geocache Land from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and Geocache Land will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. Geocache Land will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Pre-order items: The term 'pre-order' is used to describe any item not yet in stock but may be ordered in advance. We endeavour to meet the listing description and any estimated delivery date to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee that the product will be exactly as described or shipped on any date given. Any order including a pre-order item will not be shipped until the full order is available. Geocache Land are not responsible for any delay caused in production or delivery to you.
We supply all over the world, excluding the list of countries below which have trade embargoes under EU and UN laws:
Geocche Land are no longer registered for VAT. No VAT is added to any item.
Payment by bank transfer - As of the 12/02/2019 we no longer offer this service as standard. If you wish to pay via a bank transfer please contact us before placing your order. We can accept payments in most major currencies. Payments made by bank transfer will be subject to additional charges that vary by currency used.
Unfortunately packages can get damaged in the post and on very rare occasions items can go missing. For this reason we strongly recommend all customers use an insured postage service. Our system is automatecally set to "2nd Class Signed For" and can only be changed from this by the customer.
If you choose an uninsured postal service you do so at your own risk. Geocache Land cannot and will not accept any liability once the item(s) have been posted. No compensation or refund will be made for missing/ damaged items that are posted without insurance. Insured postal services are: "Signed For", "Special Delivery", "International Tracked", "International Tracked and Signed". All other postal services are uninsured. By changing the automatically selected "2nd Class Signed For" to an uninsured service you accept that you alone and not Geocache Land are responsible for undelivered items.
For insured postal services:
When receiving your package please check carefully for any damage to the package. If it looks like any item may be missing refuse to sign and do not take the package. If there is damage to the packaging but it looks like nothing will be missing, accept the package and please photograph the damage (including address label and postage stamp) before opening. If on opening items are found to be missing or damaged please photograph the contents as found in the package showing the damage. Geocache Land Ltd must receive copies of these photographs before considering any refund/ replacement.
We never reseal packages before sending them. Geocache Land also only use our own unique packaging tape. If your package has been resealed you must refuse to accept it and do not sign for it (unless marked as opened by official customs/ duty agencies).
Items sent by Tracked only service are insured while in transit only. Once the item is marked as delivered Geocache Land have no further responsibility to the customer, except in the case of evidenced damage while in transit.
Items sent Tracked and Signed are insured until the customer signs for the package. Once the item is signed for Geocache Land have no further responsibility to the customer, except in the case of evidenced damage while in transit.
In all cases please contact Geocache Land as soon as possible so we can deal with the problem.
Geocache Land are not responsible for any item that is returned as "uncollected", "addressee gone away", "address incomplete", "address inaccessible", "addressee unknown", "refused", "not called for" or "no such address". Any item received back due to any of these reasons will be checked and if all items are in the same condition they left Geocache Land a refund will be made. This refund does not include any shipping fees and may have deductions made to cover the additional costs. Geocache Land will contact the customer upon the return of any item and may, at Geocache Land's discretion offer to reship the items if the customer agrees to cover these costs.
19/03/2020 CoVID-19 (also known as "Coronavirus")
Important notice for all UK customers:
Royal Mail have just sent out the following announcement:
"Due to the current coronavirus situation, from today, Thursday 19 March - until further notice - we have taken the difficult decision to suspend the 1pm guarantee for Special Delivery items. As a result of this suspension, I'm sorry, we will not refund the Special Delivery fee if your item is delivered after 1pm.
We'll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters and will aim to deliver by 1pm or before the end of the day.
Our Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am service remains unchanged; we still guarantee to deliver by 9am.
We’ve put in place a temporary procedure for services where we would normally capture a signature on delivery. For items delivered on or after Saturday 14th March 2020, our postmen and women will not request a signature but will capture the recipient’s name and will ensure they take in the item. You can still check if we have obtained confirmation of delivery and who we delivered to by tracking your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item (where you may see a special code, ‘XP1’ instead of signature).
As a result, we will not consider refunds or compensation requests for not capturing a signature for items delivered on or after Saturday 14 March 2020 and until further notice."
Due to the above changes any item sent by 'Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' by Geocache Land Ltd will be considered as delivered even without a signature. Geocache Land Ltd will not be responcible for items that have have been marked as delivered.
This does not affect overseas deliveries and Tracked & Signed deliveries will continue as normal.
At Geocache Land we understand that the internet has many security issues which have been highlighted in the media, especially regarding credit card transactions. For your security & protection our system uses SagePay as the payment gateway.
When you enter your details to the secure gateway they are only used for the purpose of processing your order, we never pass them on to third parties. We do not receive any of your bank or card details, the only information we receive is conformation of payment and your contact details that you have supplied to the gateway provider (address, phone number and email).
Telephone calls to or from Geocache Land may be recorded for security and training purposes.

1. If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch: You may do so at any time prior to the order dispatch taking place. There would not be a charge regardless of your reasons for
. The only exception to this would be if any item was made to your specification. However you would be advised of your cancellation rights when ordering such products. We ask that any such request be received at your earliest request by telephoning in the first instance, and then confirming in writing by e-mail or letter.
2. If you wish to cancel an order after delivery: We allow fourteen days from the day of delivery to cancel an order, providing that the item is still sealed in its original packaging and has been kept in good condition. If you do not pay the return postage we will charge the cost of transporting the goods back to Geocache Land which will be deducted from any refund. We are not required to refund the cost of the original delivery. We may make a deduction for diminished value of the goods returned. Please note: We allow up to fourteen days for you to inspect your goods and return after delivery for wrong item/colour etc. We cannot exchange or refund after this time.
3. If you wish to cancel after the first fourteen days: Should any item fail to operate correctly or not perform to the makers claims, you may, within the first twenty eight days after delivery ask for either a full refund or exchange. This would be subject to you returning the goods and allowing an examination to confirm the item is faulty or not working. If confirmed as faulty or not working we will refund your postage costs.
4. Jewellery: Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings for any reason other than manufacturing faults.
5. Made to order / personalised items: Made to order and personalised items are excluded from your right to cancel. Returns for these items will only be accepted if the item(s) is faulty. Any faulty item must be returned to Geocache Land for inspection. If we agree the item is faulty Geocache Land will send a replacement item or a refund at our discretion. If the item is not faulty it will be returned to you on payment of the shipping fee.

Important information for all customers:
As of September 2019, mandatory changes to online payment processing will be put into place.
The new regulation, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA),will apply to all online payments within the EU, where the cardholder bank and payment provider are located within the European Economic Area (EEA). The aim of this new regulation is to reduce fraud and make online payments more secure for customers.
